Children’s Worship is available during the service. Children are dismissed to CW after the offering/before the sermon.

Nursery care is available for infants-age 3 during worship service.  There is also a “cry room” at the back of the sanctuary.

*Elev8 Basketball games have begun!  You are welcome to come on Saturday between 9 AM and 5 PM and enjoy watching a game or two.

**UPCOMING SNOW EVENTS**  CPC will follow Howard Community College with regard to the opening or cancellations of events during the week Monday-Friday.  If HCC has a delayed opening, all afternoon and evening events for CPC Youth Ministry will continue on as scheduled.  If HCC has an early closing, all events will be cancelled.  For Saturday and Sunday closings, you can find the information on our website. 

Worship Team Evaluation Day, February 15, 12PM in the Music Room

Meals Ministry
We need a willing servant or two to coordinate the Meals Ministry at CPC.  Please contact Leisa Hidey if you can help! Also, if you would like to be on the list of people who occasionally provide meals to our members and regular attenders after a birth or hospitalization, you can join the Group.

Sunday Take-Down Team
We need a few strong backs for help with stacking chairs after Sunday morning worship service.  Teens and young adults are welcome to participate.  Please contact Eric Johnston. 

The English Language Ministry (ELM) is in need of childcare and registration helpers.  These volunteers serve on a rotating basis and do not need to come every week.  Teaching assistants are also always needed and welcome.  Please consider joining us in one of these important roles.  Contact Kory Tvedt if you are interested.

Children’s Worship is in need of two new teachers. Teachers will teach two Sundays out of every six months, following an established curriculum. If interested, please contact Taylor Callicrate.


We are starting a Local Missions at CPC Group on the Planning Center. Members of this group receive periodic emails with prayer requests and updates from our various local missions supported by CPC. If you would like to join, please click HERE.  
The Route 1 Day Center Ministry is looking for a few more helpers and one team leader.  The commitment is 4 Saturdays a year.  If you are interested, please contact Rachel Schaefer.


Pray for College-Age Students
This group that meets on Tuesdays at 1:00 PM (CPC Prayer room in lobby) to pray for college students, all young people of college age, and for colleges, in general. You are welcome to join us.  POC: Sue Sciannella  
Prayer Requests
  • The Sunday morning Welcome slip has space on the back for prayer requests.  These requests are forwarded to the pastors and elders, and only shared with the prayer chain upon request.

Marketplace is a Facebook group for the purpose of selling household items, giveaways, job opportunities, housing requests, advice on home projects, etc.  If you are not a member of Facebook, the office can post there for you with your contact information.  Join here.
