Sunday Take-Down Team
We need a few strong backs for help with stacking chairs after Sunday morning worship service. Teens and young adults are welcome to participate. Please contact Eric Johnston.
The English Language Ministry (ELM) is very much in need of childcare and registration helpers. These volunteers serve on a rotating basis and do not need to come every week. Teaching assistants are also always needed and welcome. Please consider joining us in one of these important roles. Contact Kory Tvedt if you are interested.
Children’s Worship is in need of two new teachers. Teachers will teach two Sundays out of every six months, following an established curriculum. If interested, please contact Taylor Callicrate.
The Sunday morning Welcome slip has space on the back for prayer requests. These requests are forwarded to the pastors and elders, and only shared with the prayer chain upon request.
To have a prayer request sent out to the CPC prayer chain, please contact the office by phone during business hours (410.730.6004 Monday-Friday, 9-5) or at any time during the week: firstname.lastname@example.org.
To receive a weekly “Prayer Guide,” join the Prayer Chain group here.

Amazon Smile: The Amazon Smile program is set up for you to shop on Amazon as you usually do (if you do…), with the only difference that you must start with the website address smile.amazon.com instead of www.amazon.com. When you use Amazon Smile, be sure to designate Columbia Presbyterian Church in Columbia MD (NOT the one in MS = Mississippi!) as your nonprofit charity, and the church will receive 0.5 percent of your purchase from the Amazon Smile Foundation. Once you’ve first chosen CPC as your designated charity, it will be selected automatically every time you begin with smile.amazon.com. It’s that simple!
