Job Description: Youth Ministry Intern
Columbia Presbyterian Church’s vision is to “experience and extend the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ to Columbia, the region, and the world”, and in accordance with that vision, CPC is seeking a Youth intern for summer 2023 . Our youth group ministry contains grades 6th-12th grades, a volunteer leadership team, and various activities and programs scheduled.
It is our hope that the Gospel would be able to reach into the community which we serve, prepare the members which we are called to train and equip, and provide hope to a world desperately in need of true purpose found only through the redemption of our sins through Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans 3:23, Romans 10:9, 1 Corinthians 15).
Internship Objectives
CPC Youth seeks an intern in hopes of developing future leaders for Christ’s church. The internship is designed to allow those who are exploring an interest or calling in ministry to gain experience in relational ministry, teaching, making disciples, exercising spiritual care. The hope of the internship is to provide a venue where one would grow in their love and devotion to Christ while furthering their call and cause for ministry.
