Philosophy of Ministry

Women's Ministries at CPC is committed to helping women – at all stages of life – to build deeper, more intimate relationships with Christ and with each other. Our goal is to provide meaningful activities, events, classes, and conferences that address four critical needs of our women. These include the need to:

  • Belong
To be part of a loving and genuine group of women believers. To be truly accepted for who and what we are and loved unconditionally. To have honest, open relationships and interactions.
  • Grow
To read, think about, and apply God's word to our real lives. To have our lives changed as we learn to follow and imitate Christ. To be challenged by God and each other to thirst for the wisdom, grace, and unconditional love that comes only from the Lord.
  • Reach Out
To have God change our lives so profoundly that we are able to live honestly, transparently, and lovingly before everyone. To share from our personal experience the powerful, life-changing message of Christ with our family, friends, neighbors, and the world.
  • Serve and Be Served
To support, help, and encourage others, and to learn to rely on others for that same help and support.
