Columbia Presbyterian Church has launched a new league for 9th and 10th grade basketball players
called Elevate. The league will focus on teaching sound basketball skills as well as just enjoying the
game. Our hope is that God would us this ministry to impact our high school players for eternity and

Important Dates (Subject to change)
- Registration Opens Saturday, August 1, 2009
- Mandatory Evaluation Day October 17, 2009
- Coaches Training October 24, 2009
- Practice Starts November 30, 2009
- Games Begin January 8 and 9, 2010
Upward Basketball Fees
- Cost is $75 for basketball (Cost is $85 after October 1)
- Shorts are optional- $15
- No Refunds after October 1, 2009
- $15 administration fee for any refund
Upward Cheerleading Fees
- Cost is $80 for cheerleading (Cost is $90 after October 1)
- Turtlenecks are optional- $15
- No Refunds after October 1, 2009
- $15 administration fee for any refund
Elevate Basketball Fees (9th-10th grade)
- Cost is $95 for basketball
- Shorts are included in fee
- No Refunds after October 1, 2009
- $15 administration fee for any refund
Rules
- Grade based on 2009-2010 school year.
- Upward follows Howard County school closings.
