Registering for Events

When an event falls into the RSVP category, it is only necessary for us to have a general count for planning purposes. To RSVP for an event you may either e-mail Gina or call her at the office on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday.

The second category of events, Registration Required, requires us to make purchases and special arrangements based on an accurate count of participants. These events require a registration form, payment, and sometimes a medical release form and often have limited space available for participation. You are not on the list of registrants until registration is complete, meaning that all the necessary forms and payment have been received by the office. The procedure for this second category of events is:

  • Complete the event registration forms which are available by choosing the links below.
  • Make your check payable to CPC and write the event in the memo line. Please don't let financial constraints keep you or your child from registering for an event. Please mark the box for scholarships indicating your need and the ministry leader will contact you.
  • Submit your necessary registration form(s) together with payment to Stephanie in the office by U.S. mail, drop them off at the church office during office hours, or place them in the "Return to Office" file folder in the black Congregational Mailbox on Sunday morning.
  • Please note: We are no longer accepting registrations for this type of event via e-mail or phone. We must receive all necessary paperwork and payment in order for you to be registered. We will send you an e-mail confirming your successful registration.
