Randy Lovelace, Team Leader Pastor
As of July 1, 2011, Randy joins CPC as our Team Leader Pastor. He was the senior and founding pastor of Redeemer Montclair (PCA). A graduate of Wheaton College (1993, B.A. in Literature) and Covenant Theological Seminary (1997, Master of Divinity), he also served as Chairman of the Administrative Team of the Metropolitan New York Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church in America.
Randy and his wife, Kate, have a daughter, Caroline. Randy’s favorite hobby is cycling.

Timothy Flora, Worship & Families Pastor
Tim came to us after serving as a pastor in Georgia for six years. He first served CPC as youth and families pastor beginning in the fall of 1998 and then as worship and families pastor since the fall of 2004. Tim oversees and coordinates the 'cradle to career' ministry, supporting CPC's emphasis on the covenant family and the home. He serves on the worship committee and also facilitates the E5:3 men's group, where he has been encouraged by the transforming effect of God's grace.
Tim grew up in Glen Burnie, MD, where he met his wife, Dana, in the 10th grade in 1979. They were married in 1988 and have six children. |

Robbie Pennington, Outreach Ministries Director
Robbie is currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity and desires to continue that pursuit while serving CPC. Robbie has a passion for evangelism and a strong view that salvation belongs to our God, and God's people have been privileged to simply proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ trusting God's Spirit to produce results. Robbie spent time on staff with Campus Outreach ministry, where he ministered to university students in Alabama and in New Zealand. Robbie also brings experience as a community outreach minister for a church plant in Georgia.
Robbie and his wife, Dena, have four children. |

Dan Halley, Youth and Families Pastor
Dan joined us on August 24, 2009, following a yearlong internship with Tenth Presbyterian's City College Career in Philadelphia. Prior to that, he served as pastoral intern at United Reformed Church in Lynden, WA, and at Wildwood Orthodox Presbyterian Church, NJ. He spent a number of years working with the Boardwalk Chapel, NJ, in many capacities from preparing meals to evangelism and training staff. He studied human services, education, and public policy at the University of Delaware, majored in philosophy/theology at Grove City College, and earned a Master of Divinity from Westminster Seminary California in Spring 2008. He was ordained as a Teaching Elder in the OPC on May 21, 2011. |

Eric Johnston, Administrator
Eric began worshipping at CPC in 1980 while active in the Columbia Navigators community ministry. He and his wife, Bev, spent eight years evangelizing and discipling couples in Howard County with the Navigators. Eric worked as the manager of a publications and training department for a local engineering firm until he joined the staff of Columbia Presbyterian Church in 2002.
Eric and Bev were married in 1976 and have four grown children and two daughters-in-law. |

Staff Administrative Team
The Staff Administrative Team is pictured from left to right: Pat Mitzel, Mary Erickson, Stephanie Duncan, Elaine Goebel, Gina Chandler, and Phyllis Wilson.
The Staff Administrative Team handles all of the tasks and details required to keep the CPC ministries running smoothly. We are greatly blessed by the ministry of these women.
